I cannot recommend this shop enough. Jr. was personable and knowledgeable. My Porsche Macan needed breaks and an oil changed. He did it within the time frame expected and it was a fraction of what the dealer was going to charge. We will definitely continue bringing our cars here!

Second great experience here for my annual service on a Cayenne Coupe, and I'll likely never return to the dealership. Junior's transparency, communication, and efficiency are second to none. Unlike many dealerships, they take the time to discuss everything that needs to be done beforehand, explain the recommendations clearly, and ensure there are no surprises. The service is professional, honest, and completed in a timely manner. Highly recommend to any Porsche owner looking for quality service and a trustworthy experience.

Maddening problem solved thanks to Junior at European Auto Center! SQUEAKY BRAKES. Porsche Macan purchased brand new in 2020, perfect condition, rarely driven, only 21,000 miles. Upon coming to a slow rolling stop or allowing the car to creep forward, then touching the brakes has always resulted in loud squeaking. The major Porsche dealer in South Florida is certainly competent, but told me there was no way to correct it because all Porsches are essentially sports cars and are fitted with high-performance brakes. The factory semi-metallic pads are extremely hard and allow you to slam on the brakes at 80 miles an hour two or three times in a row with essentially no brake fade. I called European Auto Center after reading good things about them on Google Gemini AI while searching another auto related issue. Manager Junior answered the phone, I started describing the issue, he quickly said, "No problem let's swap out the semi-metallic pads for carbon ceramic pads." Duh! Why didn't I think of that since I am a former chief financial officer for an auto group in San Francisco. Drove down from Edgewater in Miami. Junior thoroughly inspected pads and rotors. Said front rotors looked

I’ve been taking my Mercedes to Omar for a while now, and it’s honestly hard to find a mechanic you can truly trust. He’s always fair with pricing, delivers on time, and does quality work every time. That’s why I keep following him wherever he goes. Reliable, honest, and professional. 100% recommended! Thank you!

I had an excellent experience at European Auto Center and couldn’t be happier with the service. Omar took great care of me throughout the entire process and made everything easy and stress free. They accurately diagnosed the issue with my car and took the time to explain what was going on in a clear and honest way. There were no unnecessary recommendations, no pressure, and no runarounds, which I truly appreciated. The service itself was top notch. Everything was handled professionally, the work was completed on time, and the quality of the repair gave me a lot of confidence. It’s clear that the team here really knows what they’re doing and takes pride in their work. If you’re looking for a trustworthy, knowledgeable, and professional shop, I highly recommend European Auto Center. I will definitely be returning for future service.
